COLLEGE BASKETBALL — April 2
CBI Championship Series - Game 2
TULSA (+5.5) at BRADLEY (Total 141.5) — Bradley was admittedly cold from three-point range on Monday night (four-of-19) and that should improve at home. But those things Tulsa was able to take advantage of will remain the same. Jerome Jordan had 18 points and seven offensive rebounds, which highlights Bradley’s inability to defend on the inside. Tulsa trounced Bradley in the rebounding battle by a resounding 46-25 margin, and pulled down 18 boards on the offensive end. That’s a lot. And the Tulsa players were able to attack the basket, going to the line 37 times and causing Bradley’s 6′7″ power forward Matt Salley to foul out. Tulsa scores enough easy baskets to stay in this one.
